About Aasan Rishte
We are not a dating app. We are a matrimony platform built with Islamic values at its core, for Muslims who take their Niyyah seriously.
Aasan Rishte was founded by a team of Muslims from the UK and South Asia who were frustrated with the state of Muslim matrimony — platforms that either borrowed too heavily from Western dating culture, or were too antiquated to serve the global diaspora effectively.
We set out to build something different: a platform that respects Islamic boundaries, involves families where appropriate, and connects Muslims across borders with dignity and purpose.
The name "Aasan Rishte" means "Easy Connections" in Urdu — not because we believe finding the right spouse is easy, but because we believe the process of looking should be dignified, straightforward, and free from shame.
Our team is made up of Muslims from diverse backgrounds including Pakistan, Egypt, the UK, Canada, and the UAE — meaning we understand the nuances of cross-cultural Muslim marriage across the diaspora.
