Frequently Asked Questions
Answers to questions we hear often from our community.
Is Aasan Rishte halal to use?
Yes. The platform is designed specifically to facilitate halal matrimonial searches. Communications are purposeful, guardian involvement is built in, and there is no informal 'dating' dynamic. We encourage users to involve family in the process from the start.
Are all profiles real and verified?
All profiles pass a manual review before going live. Verified badges are awarded after additional checks including photo verification and, for Elite members, government-issued ID verification.
Can my father or brother be added as a guardian?
Yes. Guardian Mode allows any male mahram (or a wali such as an Imam) to be added to your account. The guardian can review interests received, read messages, and communicate on your behalf.
How is this different from apps like Muzz or Muzmatch?
We are a matrimony platform, not a Muslim dating app. We do not use swipe mechanics, match percentages, or casual interaction flows. The experience is intentional, family-inclusive, and built for those who are ready for marriage — not just exploring options.
What is Elite membership and how do I apply?
Elite is a tier-limited, concierge matchmaking service. It includes priority placement, a dedicated match specialist, private browsing, and international introductions. Only 50 slots per country are available. Visit the Elite page to apply.
Can I join if I am divorced or widowed?
Absolutely. Aasan Rishte welcomes all eligible Muslims regardless of marital history. You can specify your situation clearly on your profile so matches are appropriate.
Is my profile visible to everyone?
Your profile is visible to other logged-in verified members. You can control photo privacy (blurred until request is accepted) and enable private browsing through Elite membership if you prefer more control.
What countries are you available in?
Aasan Rishte is currently active in the UK, UAE, USA, Canada, India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Egypt, Morocco, Turkey, Malaysia, and Nigeria, with more countries being added regularly.
