By creating an account on Aasan Rishte ("the platform", "we", "our", "us") — whether on the website at www.aasanrishte.com or via our mobile application — you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms").

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the platform. By completing our onboarding process and ticking the consent checkboxes, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.

To use Aasan Rishte, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age • Be a Muslim seeking a spouse for the purpose of nikah (marriage) • Provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during registration • Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement in your country of residence

Aasan Rishte is a matrimonial platform — not a social network, dating service, or casual connection app. By registering, you confirm that your intent is marriage.

We reserve the right to verify your identity and to suspend or permanently delete accounts that do not meet these criteria.

Your account is personal and non-transferable. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the accuracy of your profile information • Keeping your login credentials secure • All activity that occurs under your account

You must notify us immediately at Contact@aasanrishte.com if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

You may only hold one active account. Creating multiple accounts is prohibited and may result in permanent suspension.

Authentication on Aasan Rishte uses one-time email links (magic links) or OAuth via Google or Apple. You should ensure your email account is secure, as it is the key to your Aasan Rishte login.

Your profile is your representation on the platform. By submitting a profile, you confirm that:

• All information is truthful and accurate. Misrepresenting your age, marital status, photos, income, or any other detail is a serious breach of these Terms. • Your profile photo is a genuine, recent photograph of yourself. AI-generated, heavily filtered, or deceptive photos are prohibited. • You are the person shown in your profile photo. Using someone else's photograph is identity fraud and may be reported to law enforcement. • Any family-managed profile (created by a parent, sibling, or wali) accurately identifies the intended member and has their knowledge and consent.

Profiles that contain: offensive, inappropriate, or sexually explicit content; content that discriminates on the basis of race or ethnicity; fraudulent or misleading information; or external contact information (social media handles, WhatsApp numbers in bio fields) will be removed without notice.

We reserve the right to review, edit, or remove any profile or content that violates these standards.

All members are expected to interact respectfully, honestly, and in accordance with Islamic values. You agree not to:

• Harass, intimidate, abuse, or threaten other members • Send unsolicited or inappropriate messages • Attempt to extract personal information from members outside of the platform's intended proposal and contact flow • Use the platform to promote any product, service, or religion other than for matrimonial purposes • Create fake interest proposals or abuse the interest system • Share or distribute another member's photos, contact details, or personal information outside the platform • Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access or scrape the platform • Circumvent any subscription feature gate or security measure

Violations may result in immediate account suspension, permanent banning, and in cases of fraud or harassment, reporting to relevant authorities.

The proposal and messaging system works as follows:

Interest proposals: Free members may send up to 5 interest proposals per day. Basic members may send unlimited proposals. Premium and VIP members also send unlimited proposals.

Messaging: Direct messaging is only unlocked after both parties have accepted each other's interest proposal (a mutual acceptance). Free members may maintain up to 3 active messaging connections. Basic, Premium, and VIP members have higher or unlimited messaging connections depending on their plan.

Contact information: A member's mobile number is only revealed when: (a) you have a mutually accepted proposal, (b) you have an active paid subscription (Basic, Premium, or VIP), and (c) the member has not set their contact to private. Free members cannot access contact details.

We do not guarantee that any proposal will be accepted or that you will find a match. The platform facilitates introductions — the outcome of any introduction is entirely between the two parties and their families.

Aasan Rishte offers the following membership plans (prices inclusive of GST):

• Free — ₹0, with limited daily interests and no contact access • Basic — ₹1,450/year, with unlimited interests and up to 25 contact views • Premium — ₹2,901/year, with unlimited contacts, profile highlighting, and profile view tracking • VIP Elite — ₹5,805/year, with all Premium features plus verified badge, weekly profile boost, and dedicated support

All paid plans are annual subscriptions valid for 12 months from the date of activation.

Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. By making a payment, you agree to Razorpay's terms of service.

Subscriptions are non-refundable except where required by applicable Indian consumer protection law. If you experience a technical issue preventing access to your subscription features, contact Contact@aasanrishte.com and we will investigate and resolve within 5 business days.

Plan features are subject to change. Any changes to your current plan will be communicated to you via email at least 14 days in advance.

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a plan is activated, as you receive immediate access to paid features.

Exceptions: A refund may be issued at our discretion if: • You were charged in error (duplicate charge or system failure) • Your account was wrongfully suspended within 7 days of payment • You contact us within 48 hours of purchase and have not used any paid features

To request a refund, email Contact@aasanrishte.com with your registered email address and payment reference. We will respond within 5 business days.

By creating a profile, you consent to your profile being visible to other registered, verified members on the platform. You understand that:

• Your profile (excluding contact details) is visible to all verified members in search results • Non-registered visitors to the public browse page may see a blurred version of your profile with limited information (first name, age, city, occupation) • Your full profile and photo are only visible to registered, logged-in members • Contact details are only shared in accordance with Section 6 above

You may control certain privacy settings from your profile, including contact number visibility. If you wish to be completely unlisted, you must delete your account.

All content on Aasan Rishte — including the platform design, branding, logos, features, and code — is owned by Aasan Rishte and protected by applicable intellectual property law.

By uploading a profile photo or any other content, you grant Aasan Rishte a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display and use that content on the platform for the purpose of providing the matrimony service. You retain ownership of your content.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any platform content without our prior written consent.

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently delete any account at our sole discretion if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms • Your profile contains false or misleading information • You engage in harassment, fraud, or abuse of the platform or other members • We receive credible reports of harmful conduct • Your account is used for purposes other than matrimonial matchmaking

If your account is suspended, we will notify you by email where reasonably possible. You may appeal a suspension by contacting Contact@aasanrishte.com.

You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings. Upon deletion, your profile is immediately removed. See our Privacy Policy for details on data retention after deletion.

Aasan Rishte is a platform that facilitates introductions between marriage-seeking Muslims. We do not:

• Guarantee that you will find a compatible match • Verify every detail of every profile (though we perform manual review of all profiles before approval) • Take responsibility for the conduct of members outside the platform • Guarantee the accuracy of information provided by members

The platform is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, Aasan Rishte shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

Our total liability to you in connection with any claim arising out of your use of the platform is limited to the subscription fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall first be attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiation.

If a dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days of written notice, it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

For consumer complaints: You may contact the National Consumer Helpline at 1800-11-4000 or raise a complaint at consumerhelpline.gov.in.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a prominent platform notice at least 14 days before the new Terms take effect.

Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must stop using the platform and delete your account before the effective date.
