By creating an account, accessing, or using Aasan Rishte ("Aasan Rishte", "the Platform", "we", "our", or "us") — whether through www.aasanrishte.com or our mobile applications — you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform. By completing registration, onboarding, purchasing a membership, or otherwise using the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

These Terms apply to all users, including Free, Basic, Premium, VIP Elite, verified, and family-managed profiles.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to applicable mandatory consumer and other statutory rights. Any disputes shall be handled in accordance with Section 14.

To use Aasan Rishte, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age • Be a Muslim seeking a spouse for the purpose of nikah (marriage) • Provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during registration • Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement in your country of residence • Use the Platform for genuine matrimonial purposes

Aasan Rishte is a Muslim matrimonial platform — not a dating service, casual-meeting service, social network, investment platform, financial service, cryptocurrency platform, lending service, or entertainment platform.

By registering, you represent that your stated religious identity, age, gender, marital status, location, and other material profile information are truthful and accurate.

We may request additional information or documentation where reasonably necessary to verify eligibility, investigate suspected fraud, protect members, enforce these Terms, or comply with applicable law.

Aasan Rishte reserves the right to refuse registration, restrict access, suspend, or permanently terminate an account that does not satisfy these requirements.

Verification or registration does not mean that Aasan Rishte guarantees a member's identity, character, religious beliefs, marital status, financial position, employment, education, intentions, compatibility, or conduct.

Your account is personal and non-transferable. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining accurate and current profile information • Keeping your login credentials and email account secure • All activity occurring under your account • Immediately notifying us at Contact@aasanrishte.com if you suspect unauthorised access

You may only hold one active account unless Aasan Rishte expressly authorises otherwise. Creating multiple accounts, sharing an account, selling an account, or transferring an account to another person is prohibited.

Authentication may use one-time email links (magic links), Google, Apple, phone verification, or other authentication methods. You are responsible for securing the email address, phone number, or third-party account used to access Aasan Rishte.

We may use reasonable security, device, IP, authentication, and account-integrity measures to protect the Platform and investigate suspected abuse, fraud, impersonation, or multiple-account activity.

Your profile represents you on the Platform. By submitting a profile, you confirm that:

• All information is truthful and accurate. Misrepresenting your age, marital status, religion, photos, income, education, occupation, location, or other material information is a serious breach of these Terms. • Your profile photo is a genuine, recent photograph of yourself. AI-generated, heavily filtered, manipulated, or deceptive photographs intended to misrepresent identity are prohibited. • You are the person shown in your profile photo. Using another person's photograph or identity is prohibited and may be reported to law enforcement where appropriate. • Any family-managed profile created by a parent, sibling, wali, or other authorised person accurately identifies the intended member and is created with that person's knowledge and consent.

Profiles or content containing offensive, sexually explicit, abusive, unlawful, fraudulent, misleading, or prohibited material may be removed or restricted. External contact information may be restricted in profile fields where required by our safety policies.

Aasan Rishte may review, edit, restrict, reject, or remove profiles or content that violate these Terms, our policies, or applicable law.

### Verification

Aasan Rishte may offer profile or identity verification features. A verification badge means only that the member completed the particular verification procedure specified by Aasan Rishte.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, verification does not constitute:

• A criminal background check • A financial background check • Employment or income verification • Educational verification • A guarantee of marital status • A guarantee of religious identity • A guarantee of character or intentions • A guarantee of compatibility • A guarantee that all information supplied by a member is accurate • A guarantee that a member will behave honestly or lawfully

Aasan Rishte is not a law-enforcement agency, private investigator, credit-reporting agency, or comprehensive background-screening service. Unless expressly stated, we do not conduct comprehensive criminal, financial, employment, educational, or marital background investigations on every member.

All members are expected to interact respectfully, honestly, safely, and lawfully. You agree not to:

• Harass, intimidate, abuse, threaten, stalk, blackmail, or exploit another member • Send unsolicited, abusive, sexually explicit, or inappropriate messages • Attempt to obtain sensitive personal information improperly • Impersonate another person or create a fraudulent profile • Create fake interest proposals or abuse the interest system • Share or distribute another member's photographs, contact details, or personal information without authorisation • Use automated tools, bots, scripts, scraping tools, or unauthorised software • Circumvent subscription restrictions, feature gates, or security measures • Use the Platform for unlawful activities • Use member information for spam, harassment, commercial solicitation, or unauthorised purposes • Promote unrelated products or services • Use the Platform for purposes other than genuine matrimonial interaction

### Financial, Investment & Cryptocurrency Prohibition

Aasan Rishte is not a financial or investment platform.

Members are strictly prohibited from using Aasan Rishte to:

• Promote cryptocurrency investments or trading opportunities • Solicit cryptocurrency, bank transfers, UPI payments, gift cards, loans, or other financial transfers • Promote investment schemes, Ponzi schemes, pyramid schemes, MLM schemes, or get-rich-quick opportunities • Request financial assistance or personal loans • Offer guaranteed or unusually high investment returns • Recruit members into investment or financial schemes • Use a matrimonial or emotional relationship to solicit or obtain money or financial assets • Request OTPs, passwords, banking credentials, card details, wallet credentials, or other sensitive financial information

Aasan Rishte will never require a member to invest money, purchase cryptocurrency, transfer cryptocurrency, or send money to another member as a condition of finding a matrimonial match.

Members should never send money or financial assets to another member solely because of an online matrimonial or emotional relationship.

Violations may result in immediate suspension, permanent termination, preservation of evidence, and reporting to appropriate authorities where permitted or required by law.

The proposal and messaging system works as follows:

Interest proposals: Free members may send up to 5 interest proposals per day. Basic members may send unlimited proposals. Premium and VIP members also send unlimited proposals.

Messaging: Direct messaging is unlocked after both parties have accepted each other's interest proposal (mutual acceptance), subject to the applicable membership plan and Platform limits.

Contact information: A member's mobile number may be revealed only when the applicable Platform conditions are satisfied, including mutual acceptance and an eligible membership, and where the member has not set their contact information to private.

We do not guarantee that any proposal will be accepted, that a member will respond, or that you will find a match. The Platform facilitates introductions — the outcome of any introduction is between the individuals and their families.

### Member-to-Member Transactions

Aasan Rishte is not a party to any private agreement, transaction, relationship, investment, loan, gift, financial arrangement, or other arrangement between members.

Members are solely responsible for decisions concerning communication, meetings, marriage proposals, gifts, loans, investments, cryptocurrency, financial transfers, business relationships, and interactions occurring inside or outside the Platform.

Aasan Rishte does not authorise, endorse, guarantee, supervise, process, or participate in financial transactions between members.

Any money, cryptocurrency, digital assets, loans, gifts, investments, or other financial transfers between members are undertaken at the members' own risk, subject to any rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

If another member requests money, cryptocurrency, investment funds, financial assistance, OTPs, passwords, or banking information, stop the transaction and report the account to Aasan Rishte immediately.

Aasan Rishte may offer Free, Basic, Premium, VIP Elite, or other membership plans. Current prices and features are displayed on the Platform at the time of purchase.

Current membership plans may include:

• Free — ₹0, with limited daily interests and no contact access • Basic — ₹1,450/year, with unlimited interests and up to 25 contact views • Premium — ₹2,901/year, with unlimited contacts, profile highlighting, and profile view tracking • VIP Elite — ₹5,805/year, with Premium features plus a verified badge, weekly profile boost, and dedicated support

All paid plans are annual subscriptions valid for 12 months from activation unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.

Payments may be processed by Razorpay, Apple App Store, Google Play, or another authorised payment provider. Payments made through a third-party store or payment provider may also be subject to that provider's applicable terms.

Membership fees are paid for access to the specified Platform features and do not guarantee a match, marriage, response, or successful matrimonial relationship.

Plan features and prices may change for future purchases. Where changes affect an existing subscription, we will communicate material changes in accordance with applicable law and our policies.

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a plan is activated because paid features may become immediately available.

A refund may be considered where required by applicable law or where Aasan Rishte determines that a refund is appropriate, including circumstances such as:

• Duplicate or erroneous charges • A technical failure that prevented access to paid features • An unauthorised transaction reported promptly • A wrongful suspension where a refund is legally or reasonably appropriate • Other circumstances required by applicable law

If you contact us within 48 hours of purchase and have not used paid features, we may consider a refund request.

To request a refund, email Contact@aasanrishte.com with your registered email address, payment reference, date of purchase, and reason for the request.

Where a purchase was made through Apple App Store, Google Play, or another third-party payment platform, refund requests may be subject to that provider's procedures and policies.

Membership fees are not refundable merely because you did not find a suitable match, another member did not respond, a proposal was rejected, a relationship did not result in marriage, or another member independently provided false information or behaved improperly.

Nothing in this section excludes any consumer or statutory refund right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

By creating a profile, you understand that profile information may be visible to other users according to Platform functionality and your privacy settings.

Depending on the Platform configuration:

• Your profile, excluding restricted contact information, may be visible to registered members • Public visitors may see a limited or blurred version of your profile • Full profile information and photographs may be visible only to registered, logged-in members • Contact information may be shared only according to the applicable Platform rules and your privacy settings

Members must respect the privacy of other members.

You must not:

• Collect member information for unauthorised purposes • Sell, publish, redistribute, or commercially exploit member information • Publish another member's private information online • Upload another member's photographs elsewhere without permission • Use member contact details for spam, harassment, solicitation, or intimidation • Use member information to threaten, blackmail, investigate, or harm another person

Aasan Rishte may collect, use, store, and disclose personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection laws.

For security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, legal compliance, or cooperation with competent authorities, we may retain relevant records for the applicable retention period even after an account is deleted.

Deleting an account does not necessarily require immediate deletion of every record where retention is permitted or required by applicable law.

By creating an account and providing your contact information, you consent to receive communications necessary to provide, secure, and administer the Platform.

These communications may include:

• Account verification, login, authentication, and security messages • Notifications regarding proposals, messages, subscriptions, or account activity • Important announcements concerning Platform updates, policy changes, or service interruptions • Customer-support communications • Promotional emails, SMS, or other permitted communications concerning membership plans, offers, features, and services

You may opt out of promotional communications by following the available unsubscribe instructions or contacting our support team.

You cannot opt out of essential transactional, security, legal, or account-related communications while maintaining an active account.

All content and intellectual property on Aasan Rishte — including the Platform design, branding, logos, software, code, features, graphics, text, databases, user-interface elements, and proprietary systems — is owned by Aasan Rishte or its licensors and is protected by applicable law.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, reverse engineer, distribute, sell, sublicense, scrape, exploit, or create derivative works from the Platform without our prior written consent.

### User Content

You retain ownership of content that you lawfully submit to Aasan Rishte.

By uploading photographs, profile information, messages, or other content, you grant Aasan Rishte a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, display, process, and use that content as reasonably necessary to operate, maintain, secure, improve, and provide the matrimonial service, subject to our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

You represent that you have the right to submit the content and that it does not infringe another person's rights.

Aasan Rishte may remove or restrict content that violates these Terms, applicable law, or the safety and integrity of the Platform.

Aasan Rishte may restrict, suspend, or permanently terminate an account where we reasonably believe that:

• These Terms or other Platform policies have been violated • Profile information is false or misleading • The account is fraudulent or impersonates another person • The account is involved in financial solicitation, investment schemes, or cryptocurrency activity • The account is involved in harassment, abuse, threats, blackmail, exploitation, or other harmful conduct • Multiple accounts have been created in violation of these Terms • The Platform is being used for non-matrimonial purposes • We receive credible reports of fraud or harmful conduct • Restriction or termination is necessary for security, legal compliance, or protection of members

### Investigation & Evidence Preservation

When investigating serious allegations, Aasan Rishte may preserve relevant information and records, which may include:

• Account and registration information • Profile information and profile changes • Phone and email information • Login records • Device and security information • IP information • Relevant Platform communications • Reports and complaints • Subscription and payment records • Other information reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or legal compliance

We may temporarily restrict an account during an investigation where reasonably necessary. We may take reasonable steps to prevent the destruction, alteration, or concealment of relevant evidence.

### Cooperation with Authorities

Where permitted or required by law, Aasan Rishte may cooperate with police, cybercrime authorities, courts, regulators, government agencies, or other competent authorities.

We may provide information pursuant to a valid legal request, court order, warrant, statutory requirement, or other lawful process.

We may also report suspected fraud, threats, exploitation, or other unlawful activity to competent authorities where permitted or required by law.

### Appeals

Where reasonably appropriate, a suspended member may request a review by contacting Contact@aasanrishte.com.

Deleting an account does not prevent Aasan Rishte from retaining information that we are legally permitted or required to retain.

Aasan Rishte is a technology platform that facilitates introductions between individuals seeking Muslim matrimonial relationships.

Aasan Rishte does not guarantee:

• That you will find a spouse or compatible match • That a proposal will be accepted or that a member will respond • That information supplied by another member is completely accurate • That every member has undergone a comprehensive background check • That every member is of good character or financially trustworthy • That a member's religious identity is independently verified unless expressly stated • That a member is legally or personally suitable for marriage • That a member will behave honestly or lawfully • That communications or conduct outside the Platform are safe • That a matrimonial relationship will result in marriage

### Independent Member Conduct

Members are independent users of the Platform. Aasan Rishte is not a party to relationships, communications, marriages, financial transactions, investments, cryptocurrency transfers, loans, gifts, or other arrangements between members.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Aasan Rishte shall not be responsible for losses arising solely from the independent conduct, representations, omissions, fraud, negligence, or unlawful acts of another member, including conduct occurring outside the Platform.

### No Financial or Investment Responsibility

Aasan Rishte does not provide investment, cryptocurrency, financial, tax, legal, banking, or trading advice.

Any investment opportunity, cryptocurrency proposal, loan request, financial solicitation, or other financial communication made by a member is not endorsed or approved by Aasan Rishte.

Members must independently evaluate and verify information received from other members and should never send money or financial assets solely because of an online matrimonial or emotional relationship.

### Platform Availability

The Platform is provided on an "as available" and, to the maximum extent permitted by law, "as is" basis. We do not guarantee that the Platform will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or available.

### Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Aasan Rishte shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, exemplary, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform.

Subject to any liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded, Aasan Rishte's aggregate liability arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the subscription fees actually paid by you to Aasan Rishte during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to applicable mandatory consumer and statutory rights.

If you have a complaint, concern, or dispute, you should first contact Aasan Rishte at Contact@aasanrishte.com. We will make reasonable efforts to investigate and resolve legitimate complaints.

For suspected criminal activity, fraud, financial scams, harassment, or other unlawful activity, members should also report the matter directly to the appropriate law-enforcement or cybercrime authorities.

Aasan Rishte may cooperate with competent authorities in accordance with applicable law.

The parties will attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith communication before commencing formal proceedings, where permitted by applicable law.

Subject to mandatory jurisdictional rights under applicable law, disputes arising from these Terms or use of the Platform shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

Nothing in this section prevents a consumer from exercising any statutory right or remedy that cannot lawfully be waived or restricted.

Aasan Rishte may amend these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to the Platform, new features or services, changes in applicable law, security requirements, fraud-prevention measures, regulatory requirements, or changes to our business operations.

Where required, material changes will be communicated through appropriate means, which may include email, in-app notification, website notice, or another prominent Platform notice.

The updated Terms will state their effective date.

If you continue using Aasan Rishte after the effective date, your continued use will constitute acceptance of the updated Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.

If you do not agree with updated Terms, you should stop using the Platform and may delete your account.

### Important Safety Notice

Never send money, cryptocurrency, investment funds, OTPs, passwords, banking credentials, or other financial information to another Aasan Rishte member merely because you are communicating with them or considering marriage.

Aasan Rishte does not endorse investment opportunities, cryptocurrency schemes, loans, or financial requests made by members.

If someone you meet through Aasan Rishte asks you for money, cryptocurrency, an investment, a loan, or financial information, stop the transaction and report the account to Aasan Rishte immediately.

Aasan Rishte is a matrimonial platform, not a financial or investment platform.
